1.Introduction & Acceptance

1.1 Welcome to Sosoa

Sosoa is operated by SPEEDYDATA PTE. LTD. (“SPEEDYDATA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and is a social discovery platform that helps people discover communities, share experiences, and connect with others through shared interests, lifestyles, and conversations.

By accessing or using Sosoa, including our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SPEEDYDATA PTE. LTD.

3. Creating Your Account & Profile

•  Posts and other user-generated content.

You acknowledge and agree that Sosoa's recommendation and personalization features are generated through automated dynamic systems based on real-time server operational parameters. Sosoa makes no guarantees regarding:

• The absolute accuracy, compatibility, or personal satisfaction of any recommended profile or circle;

• The continuous availability of specific user profiles, as sorting and visibility are dynamic and subject to algorithm updates and safety compliance;

• Any guaranteed relational outcomes from connecting with recommended users.

4.4 System Discretion

Our recommendation algorithms are toolsets designed to facilitate broader discovery, not to replace user judgment. Sosoa does not conduct intensive background checks on every algorithmic output. You are solely responsible for exercising caution and discretion when choosing to interact or communicate with any users surfaced by our systems.

5. Community Guidelines & User Conduct
