Sosoa Purchase Agreement

This Purchase Agreement (“Purchase Agreement”) governs purchases made through Sosoa, including subscriptions, virtual coins, and other paid digital products or services.

Sosoa is operated by SPEEDYDATA PTE. LTD. (“Sosoa,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing any paid product or service through Sosoa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Purchase Agreement, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and other applicable policies.

1. Scope of This Agreement

Sosoa may offer optional paid products and services, including:

• Subscription memberships;

• Premium features;

• Virtual coins or credits (“Coins”);

• Digital items;

• Other in-app digital products or services.

The specific product, price, billing period, quantity, benefits, and other applicable purchase information will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.

Your purchase may be processed through:

• Apple App Store;

• Google Play; or

• Other payment methods that Sosoa may lawfully support.

Where your purchase is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, the applicable platform's payment, billing, cancellation, and refund rules also apply.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices will be displayed to you before purchase.

The final amount charged may vary depending on your country or region, currency, applicable taxes, exchange rates, and pricing determined or displayed by the applicable app store.

By confirming a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your Apple Account, Google Account, or other supported payment account.

You are responsible for reviewing the product name, price, billing period, quantity, and other purchase information before completing the transaction.

Sosoa does not directly collect or store complete payment card information for purchases processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.

3. Subscription Services

3.1 Subscription Plans

Sosoa may offer recurring subscription plans that provide access to certain premium features or benefits.

The specific benefits, subscription period, price, and renewal terms will be displayed before you subscribe.

Subscription periods may include weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, or other periods offered within the App.

3.2 Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions are automatically renewing subscriptions.

When you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, your subscription will automatically renew for another billing period unless you cancel it in accordance with the rules of the platform through which you purchased it.

The applicable subscription fee will be charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account at the price displayed by the applicable platform.

3.3 Subscription Price Changes

Subscription prices may change from time to time.

Where required by applicable law or the applicable app store, you will receive advance notice of a price change and may be required to accept the new price before your subscription renews.

If you do not accept a required price change, your subscription may expire at the end of the current billing period.

3.4 Promotional Offers and Free Trials

Sosoa may offer promotional pricing, introductory offers, discounts, or free trials from time to time.

The eligibility requirements, duration, price after the promotional period, and other applicable conditions will be displayed before you subscribe.

Unless canceled before the applicable renewal date, a free trial or promotional subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription at the price shown during purchase.

Availability and eligibility for promotional offers may vary by user, account, region, platform, or other factors.

4. Managing and Canceling Subscriptions

You may cancel an auto-renewing subscription at any time through the platform where you originally purchased it.

Apple App Store Purchases

If your subscription was purchased through Apple App Store, you may manage or cancel it through your Apple Account subscription settings.

Google Play Purchases

If your subscription was purchased through Google Play, you may manage or cancel it through Google Play subscription settings.

Deleting or uninstalling Sosoa does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or determined by the applicable platform, canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

You will generally continue to have access to the applicable subscription benefits until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless your subscription is refunded, revoked, or otherwise terminated under applicable platform rules.

5. Virtual Coins

5.1 Purchasing Coins

Sosoa may allow users to purchase virtual Coins through one-time in-app purchases.

The number of Coins and the applicable purchase price will be displayed before you complete the transaction.

A Coin purchase is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew.

5.2 Nature of Coins

Coins are virtual digital items made available solely for use within Sosoa.

Coins:

• Are not real money;

• Do not represent stored monetary value;

• Cannot be withdrawn;

• Cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash;

• Cannot be transferred between users or accounts unless Sosoa expressly provides such functionality;

• Cannot be sold or traded outside Sosoa; and

• May only be used for eligible features or digital services within Sosoa.

Purchasing Coins does not give you any ownership interest in Sosoa or any financial right against Sosoa.

You receive only a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use Coins within Sosoa in accordance with this Purchase Agreement.

5.3 Using Coins

Coins may be used for certain digital features or services made available within Sosoa.

The number of Coins required for a particular feature will be displayed or otherwise communicated before the applicable transaction is completed.

Once Coins have been successfully used for a digital feature or service, the corresponding number of Coins will be deducted from your account balance.

Except where required by applicable law or platform policy, completed Coin transactions cannot be reversed merely because you change your mind or no longer wish to use the relevant feature.

5.4 Promotional or Bonus Coins

Sosoa may provide free, promotional, or bonus Coins.

Promotional Coins may be subject to additional conditions, including eligibility requirements, usage restrictions, or expiration periods.

Any such conditions will be disclosed when the promotional Coins are offered or granted.

Promotional Coins do not entitle you to any cash payment or refund.

6. Delivery of Purchases

Purchased subscriptions, Coins, or other digital products are normally credited to your Sosoa account after successful confirmation of payment by the applicable platform.

In some cases, delivery may be delayed because of:

• Network issues;

• Payment processing delays;

• App store processing;

• Account synchronization;

• Technical errors; or

• Other circumstances outside Sosoa's reasonable control.

If you have been charged but your purchase has not been delivered, please contact us and provide relevant transaction information so that we can investigate the issue.

We may verify the purchase with Apple App Store, Google Play, or another applicable payment provider before restoring or delivering the purchased product.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the platform through which the purchase was made, applicable laws, and the circumstances of the transaction.

7.1 Apple App Store Purchases

For purchases processed through Apple App Store, refund requests are generally handled through Apple's refund process.

Apple determines whether an App Store purchase qualifies for a refund under its applicable policies and legal requirements.

If Apple refunds or reverses a purchase, Sosoa may revoke the associated subscription benefits, Coins, or other digital products.

7.2 Google Play Purchases

For purchases processed through Google Play, refund requests may be handled through Google Play or, where available and appropriate, by Sosoa through Google Play's order management system.

Refund eligibility is subject to Google Play policies, Sosoa's applicable refund policy, and applicable law.

If a Google Play purchase is refunded or reversed, Sosoa may revoke the corresponding subscription benefits, Coins, or other digital products.

7.3 Coins and Consumable Digital Products

Because Coins and similar digital products may be delivered and consumed immediately, completed purchases are generally final once delivered, except where:

• A refund is required by applicable law;

• Apple App Store or Google Play approves a refund;

• The purchase was unauthorized;

• A duplicate charge occurred;

• A technical issue prevented delivery or use of the purchased product; or

• Sosoa otherwise determines that a refund or other remedy is appropriate.

Nothing in this Purchase Agreement limits any mandatory refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

8. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Reversed Payments

If a purchase is refunded, charged back, canceled, or otherwise reversed after the associated subscription benefits, Coins, or digital products have been credited to your account, Sosoa may:

• Remove the corresponding Coins;

• Revoke the corresponding subscription benefits;

• Reverse digital items obtained from the refunded purchase; or

• Adjust your account balance to reflect the reversed transaction.

We may investigate accounts associated with suspected payment fraud, unauthorized transactions, refund abuse, or manipulation of payment systems.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising legitimate rights to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge.

9. Account Deletion and Purchased Items

Deleting your Sosoa account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play.

You should cancel any active subscription through the applicable app store before deleting your account if you do not want it to renew.

If you voluntarily delete your Sosoa account, unused Coins, subscription benefits, and other virtual items associated with that account may no longer be accessible or recoverable, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.

Coins and digital items cannot normally be transferred to another Sosoa account.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

Your access to Sosoa may be restricted, suspended, or terminated if you violate our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, applicable laws, or payment-related rules.

Account suspension or termination does not automatically create a right to a refund.

However, any refund or consumer rights required by applicable law or applicable app store policies remain unaffected.

Where a refund is issued for a purchase associated with an account restriction, we may remove or revoke the corresponding digital benefits.

11. Purchase Errors and Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe:

• You were charged incorrectly;

• You were charged more than once;

• A purchase was made without your authorization; or

• A purchased product was not delivered,

please contact us or the applicable payment platform as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request transaction information reasonably necessary to investigate the issue.

12. Changes to Paid Features

Sosoa may add, modify, replace, or discontinue paid features as the Services evolve.

We will not intentionally remove paid access already owed to you for an active paid period without providing an appropriate remedy where required by applicable law.

Changes to future subscription periods, prices, or benefits will be handled in accordance with applicable law and app store requirements.

13. Taxes

Prices displayed through Apple App Store or Google Play may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your country or region and the applicable platform's billing practices.

The final amount charged and any applicable taxes will be shown by the payment provider during the purchase process.

14. Platform-Specific Terms

If you purchase through Apple App Store, your purchase is also subject to applicable Apple terms and policies.

If you purchase through Google Play, your purchase is also subject to applicable Google Play terms and policies.

If there is a conflict between this Purchase Agreement and a mandatory requirement imposed by the applicable app store or applicable law, the mandatory platform requirement or applicable law will control to the extent of that conflict.

15. Changes to This Purchase Agreement

We may update this Purchase Agreement from time to time to reflect:

• Changes to Sosoa's paid services;

• Changes to payment methods or app store requirements;

• Legal or regulatory requirements; or

• Other legitimate business or operational reasons.

Material changes will apply prospectively where required by applicable law.

Where appropriate, we may notify you through the App, website, or other reasonable means.

16. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights

This Purchase Agreement is intended to operate together with Sosoa's Terms of Service and applicable law.

Nothing in this Purchase Agreement excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer right or statutory protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes relating to this Purchase Agreement will be handled in accordance with the governing law and dispute provisions contained in Sosoa's Terms of Service.

If there is a conflict between this Purchase Agreement and another Sosoa policy specifically concerning purchases or refunds, the provision that provides greater mandatory protection required under applicable law will apply.
